Ensign’s specialised filling lines are the end result of the thousands of hours spent by the R&D team and formulators. Dedicated areas for bottles, tubes, aerosols, foods, powders and domestics ensure efficiency and quality in production. It is difficult to envisage a form of packaging that Ensign could not fill. Utilising customised equipment, we are able to satisfy the most unusual concepts. Ensign continues to push the boundaries to discover methods of filling new and existing formulas. Ensign will endeavour to fill products for our customer with no limit to size, packaging style or product type. To maintain the purity of every product filled at Ensign, all of our filling equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised using validated methods that are reflective of the product that has been filled.

Ensign’s dedicated therapeutic compliant building houses two filling areas. Utilising a multitude of filling equipment, Ensign can fill therapeutic products in a variety of packaging forms. To ensure absolute quality of product and strict adherence to all relevant regulations, the building is supplied with filtered air, all doors are air-locked and personnel are required to wear sanitary clothing.
