We constantly push boundaries to discover methods of filling for new and existing formulas and invest in the capability and the technology to deliver them. When off-the-shelf solutions are not suitable, we create custom solutions to do the job.
Investing in Performance
We have been modernising our factory for years, investing in automation and digitalisation. This extends to designing our own robotics to handle complex tasks like placing bottles on lines. Bespoke systems developed by our inhouse software engineers are used to measure production performance. We have invested in vision systems with cameras and check-weighers to ensure every product is filled and labelled correctly. Improving quality control and reducing human error is our constant focus.
