Warehousing and Inventory Management
Our facilities include standard warehousing for starting materials and finished goods, as well as storage for materials that require specific conditions. This includes cold storage for some raw materials, and clearly defined areas for finished goods based on their dangerous goods status, such as aerosols and flammable liquids.
Ordering raw materials is a critical element in inventory management. Once an approved supplier is in place, our IT system seamlessly manages all aspects of ordering, including forecasting, placing purchase orders and triggering ordering proposals. All incoming materials are held in quarantine and only released for production once they have been sampled and QC released.
Logistics and Freight
Fast, reliable delivery of your product streamlines the entire supply chain and gives you the flexibility to adapt to market changes, scaling up or down as needed. We handle inbound delivery of raw materials from suppliers. For outbound freight, we ship finished goods directly to your distribution centre or third-party logistics provider. Disruptions, delays and damage or loss in transport can be costly, so we offer to manage every stage of your product’s journey.
We understand that lead times for materials can vary from one month to more than six months, so our systems proactively manage for the future. You can also rely on us to communicate regularly with you about inventory holdings and delivery dates.
